- I am a certified  fitness and nutrition Coach. I help people who love food to lose weight without having to stop eating their favourite meals. I make sure they can still enjoy their food while following a healthy diet. My training programs are based on science. I help clients reach their fitness goals while they still get to enjoy eating, making their path to getting fit both fun and lasting.
